GENSURE
A1 assurance with Gensure A1 insurance,
maintain the integrity of your diesel generator at all times

We are please to announce the launch of our new Generator warranty product.

All generators will suffer some degree of breakdown in their lifetime whether it be minor or major, often even the minor faults can have major implications to your companies operations.
Major Generator manufactures will only give a one year warranty on their new equipment and often back to back on the component supplier i.e. engine and alternator.

Your generator(s) can be covered by the GENSURE Warranty if they conform to the following.

  1. An approved agent has inspected your generator against an approved checklist. The agent will in turn supply a written report for our records. All reported faults must be rectified before cover can commence.

  2. The generator(s) must have a service history (documentary evidence may be required in some cases). Maintenance must have been carried out in accordance with the manufactures specifications i.e. service intervals must have been adhered to.

  3. The generator must be currently covered by a maintenance contract with an approved agent.
